Loved how Mark covered his face and said "She's coming over" like a bashful teenager. Poor Mark, he had to learn the hard way that when you win the lottery people have their hand out playing on your sympathies or they trick you into thinking that they love you. Its a hard lesson to learn

You can tell there was a genuine affection between Michael Landon and Victor French. I think that's why this show was so popular. The lead characters really "meshed". I would really hate to see someone try to do a remake of this show. It just wouldn't be the same.

Michael Landon's character Johnathan always sounds so harsh to Mark. I didnt notice that when i was a kid back when it was originally on aired on tv. And my God.. Johnathan as well as Charles on Little House on the prairie too was always punching someone.
