I could be wrong but I feel like you don’t consider the amount of spin multiple bounces will take away from your shot. I think you’re getting the spin fairly consistently but the amount it bounces and where will make it spin less

I'm only considering how I used to get spin vs what I'm getting now without changing anything. Definitely some other factors influencing spin though
