10:13 Does more STR help if you can't reach the next multiplier? For example, if Cecil has 33 STR and puts on a +5 STR item, does that raise his damage even though it doesn't raise his attack multiplier?

Strength also increases the weapon attack power of the character by 1 for every 4 points of strength, so it is still worth boosting. This value is applied to both of Edge's weapons if he's wielding two weapons.
