Why brown colour uniform for volvo b8r drivers in KSRTC for volvo B11R and volvo city buses they give white uniform

He is not regular driver for this route. Whenever there is a weekly off for the regular driver, additional driver like him will be on duty that's why no white uniform.

There is a traffic ban from 6pm to 6am on this route but there are vehicles plying after 6, is the ban not implemented?

Buses are allowed, only for trucks, cars and bikes the ban is applicable from 6 PM to 6 AM. Even light vegetable trucks are allowed till 9 PM.
