Nice complex but might be a bit overpriced for 2 bed or 3 bed apartments, when the crash happens as it did in 2009 these will plummet in value (again as they did in 2009). Also the orientation of these apartments is all wrong, most of them are facing east west instead of north south. Not many of these apartments can take advantage of the location to get a view to the sea. Most are facing other blocks!

I don't think we're talking about the same project here, have you visited Higueron West? Higueron is in a league of it's own, highest demand project on the coast and a winner of the European Property Awards for good reason. The lifestyle, installations and services are unique. You mentioned the last property crash back in 2008; Higueron was actually one of the only places that didn't bring it's prices down when everyone else was doing so. Tell me who can do that during a crisis? Only a well established and prestigious realtor and promoter such as Higueron who has been standing firm in Málaga for over 23 years now with more sales than any other project has ever had in the Costa del Sol. As for the orientation of the apartments; they are mostly south and southwest facing looking towards the Mediterranean sea with views of sea, mountains and spectacular gardens and walking trails on which millions of euros were invested for the resident's pleasure and lifestyle. I welcome you to come and see for yourself any time and we will happily attend you. I am certain you will have a very different opinion by the time you leave. Best wishes.
