@CWiStarsDub Yep, it sounds fairly similar to the method I use. Except the one I use can use any sort of audio quality, it's just both HAVE to be REALLY similar in order for it to work well. That's not for all cases though, I've had extremely poor quality and high quality mixes come out outstanding.
