One niche use I've found for her S1, particularly in IS2 early on, is it can be used to heal her to full by swapping with a higher-HP op next to her. Since all she does is swap with the lowest HP in range, if all that's in her range is a full HP character then she'll end up full healing. Very nice for those early emergency ops that can pile on a lot of ranged pressure when you don't yet have a healer or tanky melee to soak the ranged damage.

While everyone's talking about how good is her first module with S2 I found myself enjoying her S3 more. Simply because of the huge multitarget damage (those +260 % on M3 is no joke), and +200 % of HP let her survive long enough. And after defeat she still can turn to her substitue and gain some SP back which helps to charge that 40SP skill faster.

Upgrading modules to higher stages require more resources (LMD, module data blocks, and other materials) and two other new materials used for specifically leveling modules up to Stage 2 or Stage 3.

I think you missed a potential application of her S1. This is just based on my interpretation of the reading of the skill since I can't test her yet so correct me if I'm wrong. It says you swap Max HP % with the lowest ally in range but let's pretend that Specter is almost dead and the lowest ally in range is at full health. Wouldn't Specter give her low HP to that ally and take their full hp? In that case she would be able to get the full duration out of the damage buff and it would synergize great with the 2nd module giving her a great survivability skill that she can use often. There would probably be a lot of situations where you could place her next to another operator that is never going to take damage anyway and as long as they had any amount of healing (like global regen for example) they should be back up to full in time for her next skill usage. Even if you were sharing a healer between the 2 this would disperse the damage in a more mitigable fashion and buy some time to catch up on heals if you couldn't out pace the incoming damage, particularly if it were an aoe or multi-healer.

@@HiImYii What if the enemies had high resistance or particularly fast movement and you invested in her abyssal hunters mod. Or you can't afford the long down time between her skill refresh. Or the enemy has high defense so the extra speed is less useful than the 20% attack. Or basically anything that would deter you from wanting her to switch to her doll. I mean it's possible her s2 and s3 will be more optimal in every possible scenario but it doesn't seem completely outlandish to me that S1 could be the most optimal skill in the right conditions.

Sorry to double post but it occurred to me that you might be able to use summons as "healing potions" for Specter. You could definitely use fast redeploys like Gravel or Yato.

@@ian59 the best use of her skill 1 is emergency medic for someone lets say blaze is running low on hp with no healer nerby you use specter to heal her specter dies and her doll will slow the enemies down so blaze can kill them easier using it to constantly heal herself is pointless since a medic can heal her while her other skill will vastly outperform her s1 in every way
