This MV came out better than expected. They released a mini series documenting the process of this on KZbin of Kyung Hoon and Heechul learning to be “hip hop stars” as part of an after school activity for the variety show Knowing Bros. If you want a good laugh and have time to spare, each episode is like 15 minutes long with English subs and I died laughing watching each episode

Yes, Heechul is Super Junior's Rapper, but he's also part of the vocal line. He can play music too, like drums and guitar, he is very talented beside his comedian side. the funniest thing about this is that the two main singers are rock ballad singers LOL (heechul teams up with kyunghoon who is a very famous rock star and they make songs together), they did this as like an experiment to learn about hiphop, but somehow rapping with their rich powervocals sounds so interesting and cool XD it makes me want to hear like.. Michael Bublé or something over trap idk XD you should check out their famous song "sweet dream" to see their usual style, it'd be so shocking really XD plus their music videos are hilarious. heechul is so funny

XD Heechul is very versatile, he can sing everything! Fun Fact: the duo of Min Kyung Hoon and Kim Heechul is called "Universe Cowards." They have 2 Rock Ballads together ("Sweet Dream" and "After Effects/Falling Blossoms"). Heechul is known for introducing himself as a Universal Star/(universe star) so it became a known nick name for him. "Coward" is the name of a song form the group BUZZ, which is Min Kyung Hoon's rock band. So that's how the name came to be by combining them together. For this song, since they came back with a Rap/Hiphop track they called themselves "Universe Hipsters". The tittle of the video says "Universe Hipsters" ft. The girl with the big hat is Bibi. She is signed under Feel Ghood label owned by Tiger JK and YoonMiRae. They are part of MFBTY. From what I read they are some the 1st to bring hip hop to S. Korea. The dancers are ATEEZ...There is a S.Korean TV show where this is formed?

I agree with you!! all our culture is human's culture, and the different societies and their cultures have been sharing and absorbing other societies cultural elements, no matter what type of art- human expression. We humans have been mixing and co-living and so have our artistic manifestations. I saw people hating on EXO Kai saying he was wearing the baby hair curls in the Mmh MV... ,when it wasn't even babyhair, but the 20's iconic hairstyle: fingerwaves and spit curls, which was worn by women of different races. The funny thing is that that hairstyle is not even a 20 decade's invetion, but if you check antique Roman portrait sculptures you can find it in there, and i'm sure that that roman hairstyle (& many other types) all came from different cultures & places of the at that time known world from India to Africa to North of Europe... also romans had learned and absorbed from all the previous cultures, not only from the greeks but from others, in any type of art, music, cuisine... everything... I mean... this is how it's always been along human history and it will always be. We all share, learn & make ours what he see, hear, like... and if we like it and absorb it its also because we respect it otherwise we would be rejectinv or ignoring it. So it's very hard for me to undrrstand why some people are that radical in their opinions... radicalism as well as ignorance only result in hate and violence

Fun fact about the hat, I'm big on historical K-drama soap operas and the hat that Bibi wears actually reminds me shape-wise of the giant piles of braided wig pieces in odd shapes that Korean Gisaeng (geisha/artistic escort type profession) used to wear in Joseon era. As the lyrics of the song talk about young rich youths doing what they please it makes me think Bibi is in the role of Hwang Jin-yi, a famous gisaeng and poet. (poet fits with rapper well) She was the it girl of her time and friends with the most stylish noble men. So the boys are probably Jin-yi's friends.
