normally you don't have to worry about strikes, just copyright _claims_ . the only downside to receiving a copyright claim on your video is that you wont be able to earn money off it. what i dont understand is how and why i received a strike from using a song (3 strikes and channel goes bye bye)- what i usually do is look if there's a content id claim in the description of a song. if there isn't then the song usually doesn't have copyright (sometimes they still do tho, but rarely) you can also post a test video to see if the song u want to use has any copyright claims before posting the actual video :] srry im not good at explaining!
