Hijab Verdict: कर्नाटक (Karnataka) में जारी हिजाब विवाद (Hijab Row) के मामले में हाईकोई (Karnataka High Court) ने मंगलवार को बड़ा फैसला लेते हुए हिजाब (Hijab) पर बैन के खिलाफ दायर की गईं सभी याचिकाएं खारिज कर दी हैं. इसके साथ ही कर्नाटक हाईकोर्ट (Karnataka High Court Verdict on Hijab Row) ने यह भी कहा है कि इस्‍लाम धर्म में हिजाब पहनना अनिवार्य नहीं है. वहीं इस फैसले पर शोएब जमई और डॉ. रिजवान आपस में भिडे़.

Some muslim are disrespecting the constitution in india, Some are not read constitution well yet. They are ignoring how much valid the points of constitution in which place. They just need fight...fight...fight. They think fight is real religion so they have huge pride on it. We know there is limit of the right, Some are ignoring the responsibilities. According to the constitution there is no freedom of the dress in school&college. Article 25 guarantees following 4 points. 1.The freedom of conscience religion to all citizens. *Proof-It means moral sense of right or wrong, Use of your conscience,you can believe in which god you want, which religion you want. 2.The freedom to profess the religion to all citizens. *Proof- whichever religion you believe, It doesn't matter to be a student. 3. The freedom of religion practice to all citizens. *Proof- student don't go to school for religion practice. Because It's against the goal of school. 4. The freedom of propagate the religion to all citizens. *Proof-student don't go to school for religion propagate. Because it's against the goal of school. Restriction: Article 25 comes with a responsibility to ensure that the public order, morality and health are not compromised in the process. Im respect human being, I know muslim-sisters are also human being, Im not the enemy of human being, my intention is not to hurt them. But my priority(dress code is the best) hurting them, I have nothing to say them. Note: The essence of islam religion can alive even hijab ban in the school. You can practice your religion outside the school&college. Dressbcode and hijab can not go together. Crore of girls students passed Phd without hijab, then how can be hijab fundamental inside school, stop your islamism.

*One thing is very clear.* ********* which has been proved after the Judgment from Apex court (if the judgment is passed by partiality or wrong decision due to false witnesses) it means, justice is due and pending in our material life, now question is, who and where to serve the justice to the victims? *All the due and pending justice in our material life to be served (after we die) on the Day of judgment in the Court of Allah* . This is the Teaching and faith of Muslims.
