I had 10, Restaurant, and takeaways in my 40 years of catering life, I wish I had family support like yours, and now I am left with only one restaurant at the moment. I am very happy and will be praying for you all, and my sincere dua'h are for you. May Allah bless you and make you successful. I think every family who has a business of their own it could be indian restaurant takeaway or any other business, should be managed and run by whole family members, it's nothing wrong. Maximum indian families managed the corner shops in the uk, I saw from 1978 when I was a child. Waliykum Salam wa rahmatullah All I can say is alhamdullilah. Through experience we have decided to go family-run, staff do not pour love into the business like family members will and it is such a blessing to work alongside my nephews, son, and husband everyday. Thank you for your heart touching message. It’s been a struggle being in the industry for 25 years and a chef for 22, having to deal with all sorts of staff issues and lessons to learn. But now, Alhamdullilah, here we are Jazakallah for your comment may Allah bless you ❤️
