Watching Hikaru is an amazingly enjoyable pastime. The moves he comes up with, and so quickly are astounding to see. He does it so nonchalantly, too.

Re8 was worse than Qa6 is a hard one to figure out for Fabi. The queen move takes control of more squares, I guess?

We invent nothing in a mathematically solved game. How many games have ended in draws? This game only looks good because Black did not defend optimally. I have won many games as Black against strong opponents. Restricting your opponent's actions is not a new concept in strategy.
