2 weeks were planned. Missing for less, but out in back country for 7. Read the articles, they typically haven’t lied “missing for 5 weeks” vs “ survived 7 weeks” both accurate.

Everyone thinks they could do this but in reality most would be dead in a few days, his ability to survive 7 weeks is quite amazing . I would love to hear how he did this because without some good knowledge and skills this is very hard to achieve.

The news had said 5 weeks, almost 6 weeks, now 7 weeks. This is called a fact that should be able to be nailed down.

My neighbor knows the family. He as was a day or 2 away from death. Only thing that saved him is growing up camping all the time with his family which turned into a hobby in his early teens. You city folk would have been done on day 2 or 3

He cut his sleeping bag, so it covered his feet and legs, he wore it like a snowsuit and boots. Its ingenious! Thats what he was reported wearing by the workers he happened to come across. The location he was in is somewhere that a person needs to know how to live off the land and start off well prepared with food etc, or be with a person who does this for a living lol. 🇨🇦 no average Joe would be travelling to the area for a day hike kinda thing.. hope that helps 😊
