Excellent job! Very creative and beautiful photography. I love this area, although I have never hiked a long loop. We did include a description of a different loop in our books The Hiker's Guide to Colorado/Hiking Colorado, but it was written up by a friend. Back in the 1970's I spent weeks marking timber for the USFS along the Lost Creek Road, including camping out. I even helped mark/construct portions of the Colorado Trail through this area. I have hiked into the Lost Creek Wilderness from three points (Lost Park/East Lost Park, Goose Creek and from Tarryall Creek), but never done a long hike through the middle. 10:22 I camped at that spot about a week before you did. It's a nice place! The stick supported by the rocks in the left foreground I'd fixed up to hang my water bucket. You got in at a good time, looks like most of the forest fire smoke had cleared out.
