Hiking 4 days alone on the Golan trail in israel

At the end of may I headed up north to hike 4 days alone on the Golan trail. the Trail is located in northern most part of Israel called the Golan Highest. It was the last few weeks where the weather was still good for hiking and everything is still green after the winter. I barley saw any people on the trail because i started hiking the day the corona-virus restrictions where lifted. It was my first multi-day hike I did completely alone and i really enjoyed it.

Shalom- my name is Al- American and I had spend a lot of time in Israel and always liked the Golan Heights- a great escape from the hustle and bustle of Jerusalem! I never skied Hermon, but loved the apple blossom-time in Spring time- Ohh la, la!!! As I used to volunteer on Kibbutz Bet Alpha at the base of the Gilboa mountains- where King Saul was killed by the Philistines; and where the Mamaluk Egyptians handed the Mongols there first defeat- these may offer you another walking video tour? Also next to Bet Alpha there is- Sackna/ or Soq na- a state park with a warm-water natural spring that is an idyllic Oasis- very nice. On the other side of Bet Alpha is- Hepzebah- with a 'real Japanese Tea Garden and an ancient Zodiac mosaic floor unearthed from the 6th cent. CE. Altogether this could be an educational and natural scenic tour- consider!

I wanna hike Yam el Yam and Shvil Golan this April (in case the situation in the border area gets better) and wonder how to cross the military areas en route, especially in the Mount Hermon area? Did you phone them in advance or did you just cross it?
