Hiking & Exploring our 575 acre Ozarks property

Join Sharon today for a great hiking and exploring adventure as she takes advantage of a beautiful winter day here in the Missouri Ozarks as she sets out on an afternoon hiking adventure on our new 575 acre Southern Missouri Ozarks farm in search of a new kitchen or living room table natural base by looking for a hardwood tree root base or a cedar tree base that she can cut into a new table base for a new rustic DIY table project. Of course as Sharon loves to do she will take any opportunity to explore our new to us Ozarks Mountain property, explore new rock formations, explore hollow trees, unique and individual rocks, unusual looking trees and much more as she hikes these beautiful Ozarks Mountains! Haha! Heck of a way to start off a vid. I would suggest looking along the creek for your root wads. A lot of sycamores along the creeks have amazing structure and you can find some that have been cleaned off from high water. There’s also very likely some good cedar roots along the creek as well. With a nice chunk of ground I’m sure there’s project gold all around but if you’re trying to beat the ticks and chiggers I’d start off in the creeks. It won’t be long before the little biting bastards are out. Good luck👍🇺🇸

Only problem is they are a dime a dozen down here and we don't have a long winter at all so I'm afraid there would not be sufficient ROE for firewood.
