That is the Red Chispa claim you're looking at@19:24 , right? The Prosecutor's Club of So Cal controlled that claim five years ago. Probably still does. That claim is really good. I found my biggest nug there ten years ago. A quarter oz almost. Its very clay packed, making dry washing difficult. Detecting was really good there. Especially after a club outing when the ground was turned over by the dry washers. Great video. Keep them coming! The club dues were less than a hundred bucks a year then.

I believe so. Looks like good ground for detecting no doubt!

Hi there, I appreciate your videos and that you actually steady the camera enough to get good views of the rock textures and such. Since you were asking, I'd say that the long rusty trough in the beginning is a spiral (screw) classifier/conveyor.The partition on the right side is where the drive system would go and the pipes in the bottom would either allow for fluidization or as drains for dewatering and slimes.
@Oidium454 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Very interesting. It looks similar to a dewaterer.

Hey man, great content on your channel. I'm new to prospecting, have only been prospecting one time down in the cargo muchacho mountains. I'm stationed on Fort Irwin near barstow. My buddy gave me his keene 151 drywasher so if you ever need a digging partner, let me know. I'll be scouting out some places real soon.
@Oidium455 жыл бұрын
If you are near Barstow then I would recommend checking out coolgardie. Some good gold out that way. We always welcome company on the trips.

You are in a good area for metal detecting but not so much for dry washing. I use to own some property near coyote lake.. If you want a great place to dry wash... If your on Ft Irwin Rd. take a right onto Irwin Rd. and follow that down till you come to copper city rd. You'll find workings from pass mining in the area but if you have come to Dobson Rd. you have gone to far and will only be wasting your time. Good Luck!
