Seward is a great town- awesome that you stayed right on the marina! The views are wonderful! We got to visit about 10 years ago and did a harbor tour, but no fishing. Loved joining you for the hike- really great landscape. So sad to see how much the glacier has melted, especially during the last 25 years… so dramatic. Great that you can hike and get so close to it. Nice that you got to see the momma bear and cubs, and extra nice that they were along the side of the road and not out along the trail! 😄👌👍👍🌟🌟

Lol! For real! We didn’t want to hike with the bears. At a distance is perfectly fine. We loved Seward! 🥰

Looked like a great area to stay! LOVED the bear footage! They are always so exciting to see! We hate to hear about more glaciers receding - they are so amazing to see - the headwaters are always a favorite for me!! Amazing that you could get that close!! BEAUTIFUL
