Picatta sauce is my favorite!! Such beautiful shots of the waterfall, the flowers, and the game trail. Your water is like the water by glaciers. Except one can actually swim in your water in the summer. Arkansas is a hidden treasure. We have so many people in our great country, but it's amazing to me how few will venture out into the wilderness. Thanks for sharing your love for nature and simple things.

This vlog is definitely phenomenal! It had all the usual great highlights (Kelly’s wonderful cooking, Cody’s amazing drone shots, and nature content) as well as the additional highlights of your cool friend with his adorable camping cat and your hike to that gorgeous waterfall in such a lush setting. But even with all of this going on, this was such a chill & relaxing video to watch. Thanks to you all for all you do (and to the cool camping cat for being so darn cute)!

So glad to find Your channel. Kellie, If you are still looking for a cook stone. Measure the inside dimensions of your oven/rack. Visit any home builder's store ie: Lowe's, Home Depot and pick up one or a couple of unfinished tiles. Of course, wash it before you use it in your oven. You can even season it, similar to a cast iron skillet. But, seasoning isn't a Must, if you're not able. They work great. I Hope this Helps. GOD BLESS YOU ABUNDANTLY🙏🏻🥳🙏🏻

Great video as always. Sausage and homemade biscuits (~);}!!! As for mushrooms. Get some portabellos. Slice them and diced red onions and red peppers. Make some balsamic vinaigrette. If you want to cheat use the Good Seasons mix. Just use balamic vinegar. Marinate for a few hours. Put them on green salad or sandwiches or eat it as is. I bet it would go good on your hummus toast. Stay safe (~);}!!!

I was at Padre island a few years ago and was thinking of driving that same beach, I was told to let air out of your tires to keep from getting stuck in the sand. But You need a way to air up your tires when you get back to the regular paved road. Unfortunately I didn’t have one in my car and it was a little ways to get to town.

What a difference from winter to spring in the Ozarks. It's something to look forward to. From what I hear, the only safe way to learn picking mushrooms to learn directory from an old pro. There are too many look-alikes that can kill who can point out sublet differences you don't get from a picture. Don't skin those potatoes. That's the best part.

That black fungus looks like Devil's Urn to me- It's not recommended to eat. It may be too late there in AR - but the great morel (sponge mushroom) should have shown itself there this spring! And it's the best wild mushroom ever - it usually only comes up in April - may be different there in your warmer climate. March to May......

I really enjoy your videos. You are down to earth folks unlike many other overlanding channels I follow. They seen to have unlimited funds to afford the latest in vehicles or equipment. Also I appreciate that you spend more time in camp and cooking rather than countess miles of driving over dirt trails or showing how to get through mud or difficult terrain. That’s not my idea of overlanding. I enjoy nature! I took an adult ed class on mushrooms identification but never gained the confidence to eat anything I found. In response to Kelly’s statement that “everything burns” in the oven, I found that my oven did the same and realized that the thermometer was totally wrong and indicated low when the temp were much higher. Suggestion: drill a small hole in the door just large enough to fit the probe for your instant read thermometer to see the real temp in the oven or get a new thermometer. I really like Cardamom. I lived for 2 years in Saudi Arabia training their airline pilots and they put it in their coffee during Ramadan. They called “Gawa Arabic” which translates to arabic coffee. Glad Kelly uses it.

It refracts AND reflects. Refraction is when the water bends the light, the light could bend going in as well as out of the water, the particles reflect the light; but, the light reflected could be refracted on the way out of the water as well.
