Cool video, my Golden Retriever picked up a deer trail and he was lost for 3 days in Alpena. Lucky someone in town picked him up.

Thanks. I had a Siberian husky that could not be trusted when off lead. She was a great dog, but that was a bit of a problem. I decided that all my future dogs would be trained in recall. It hasn't been 100 percent perfect, but it's been so much better. Charlie is making great progress. He comes 99 percent of the time when he's off leash and I call him. As I said in the video bears, wolves, porcupines, skunks, etc. are common where we live so recall is so important for his safety. Just recently near our home a dog was attacked and almost killed by a wolf while walking with it's owner.
