Hi Dave, your Hikvision How to Videos help me a lot down here in Brazil, One question , I have got Intercom system with Vandal unit DS-KB 8112-IM + DS-KH 8301-WT and One DS-KH 6301-WL as and extension. 2 day ago my network went down and my screen was showing Red message, (abnormal communication port) my question is, my system always need internet to work? it cannot working on internal LAN? I have DHCP enabled on all devices should I leave it off. then the IP remains the same?

Thank you for this video. I start to installmy systemin a Friday , and I didn't have technical support at this time.You explain it very vell, I followed all the steps and, now , at 23:40 the system works! After 5 hours of making settings and changes. Thanks again.

My other tech has been struggling with getting these going, but eventually does. This last system he brought back from the customers place and I have had it working well at home. I'll give him this link as I'm sure it will do him well.

This video has been so helpful, thank you all the way from South Africa. I do have 3 questions though about the DS-KB8112-IM: 1) The blue led behind the button only comes on when I restart the intercom, is there a setting I'm missing to enable it? 2) Is there a way to disable the leave a message service? 3) When pressing the door station the dial tone sounds like an engaged tone which may confuse visitors, is it possible to change the tone that visitors hear when waiting for me to answer?

if you add the product to IVMS-4200 and under remote configuration , go to image settings, if you set it to night mode it will be then illuminated but image will be then black and white , will check on tone for you

Hi Dave, I have done the same like in your video. Live view working, sound working, hik conect app working but when i try to make call from outdoor it says "calling failed". I updated firmware 1.5 but it didn't helped. I hope you can help on this. Thank you in advance!

Dave, thanks i found problem. On outdoor device i delete ip addres of master station. I left 0.0.0.0 and it works now

Hi guys, great video! Question I have is, can I set up an indoor station to receive alerts from my IP cameras like I get on my phone? The wife doesn’t want notifications on her phone but would like something that alerts her to possible issues when she is in the house. Thanks in advance!

not with this model directly but they android models have HIK-Connect installed and can receive notifications DS-KH9510-WTE1, does that help???

Hi Dave, thank you very much for your wonderful explanation. I have a question is it normal that when someone rings the bell, you hear the ringing outside and inside. I have installed it in a building so all my neighbours hear when someone rings at my door. It is very annoying, especially when it is late at night. Is there a way to stop the sound from outside? Yes , you have to set one call station as master , then the 2nd unit is the slave to this master , the process is detailed in the call station user manual on how to set them as master and slave , very simple www.hikvision.com/mtsc/uploads/product/accessory/UD06175B_Baseline_Video_Intercom_V_Series_Door_Station_User_Manual_V1.4.23_20170624.pdf

The problem I have work SADP is that there default IP addresses of the cameras are not in the range of my network. (So they don't show up) NVRs show up, but never cameras. Is there a better solution than changing the network gateway to accommodate the Hikvision cameras?

Hi , it all depends on the network setup , if the cameras are on that network it will show up even if the PC is not in the same IP Range, if the networks are separated but joined by VLAN, VPN , routed etc then this is harder , I normally assign all the IP network address to the PC network card and this can help , it can also depend on the network setup. POE cameras connected to internal ports f the NVR wont be shown as they are off the network altogether 😊

@@DVSLTD Thanks for your reply! Let me be more specific. @Cameras- The default IP address of the Hikvison camera(s) is 192.168.1.64. This works fine when plugging in a camera out of the box into the NVR with no adjustments, The NVR recognizes the camera (because the NVR is looking for devices in this range) (I do not expect SADP running on a network attached PC to 'see' any cameras on my NVR) @Router - My default gateway address is 10.0.0.1 Cameras plugged directly into the LAN of my router are NOT recognized by SADP However, If I change the cameras IP address in settings when attached to an NVR to 10.0.0.25, then connect to my router SADP sees it! @NVR- I don't remember if I had to enable DHCP on my NVR to connect to my router, or if I manually changed the address to 10.0.0.86 but this is the setting that is working to connect to my LAN via Router and SADP can see it as an online device. (currently DHCP is not enabled) My question is: If I want to connect a new camera to my network (10.0 etc) that is out of the range of the default IP address of the camera out of the box (192. etc) is there a way to make this connection without access to a NVR? Must I go into my router settings and set the default gateway to 192. etc ? (I've not tried this, but I suspect it may cause issues with devices currently attached to the network) OR possibly, can I connect the new camera to the LAN port of my laptop/ PC directly and change the IP address OR access with SADP? Thanks!

@@JoshKaufmanstuff Ok , so when you plug a camera out of the box into the POE port of the NVR ( presume this is what your doing) then it wil auto add as that channel on the NVR , so POE port 1 is camera 1. The default IP range on the internal POE port is actually 192.168.254.x , unless changed it will remain that and cameras will assume this range. If you plug a camera onto the LAN side of the NVR , then the camera will have to be programmed to be in that range and this would be 10.0.0.x to be added to the NVR by manual add method. If you have a laptop on the same network as the camera and the NVR ( and not internal POE as SADP cannot see the internal POE ports via the LAN) then SADP should see the camera on any IP address if on same network , SADP cant see across network segments so just bare this in mind , I have seen an issue where I had to fix the IP address on my network card of the PC for SADP to see any cameras but this is not normal , am I understanding the issue correctly and do I make sense? If not please let me know 😊

i have a question if u have two indoor units and each has input alarms, if u arm disarm from any panel both inputs will be activated, or i have to do each seperatly?

Good Question actually , as there panel is master and slave I have never thought to wire alarms into the slave unit , we can test and let you know

@@DVSLTD thank you for the reply, but no video gives an answer if its good wired security hub however all i know u can grt notified but cant disarm if u have faulty alarm or somethibg ur siren will keep beeping until neighbors call the cops:)

these 2 units are powered by the Hikvision DS-KAD606 PSU ( 24VDC passive poe ) , you can power them with 12VDC and use a standard switch if preferred

I purchased the DS-KB8112-IM not realizing (as you make clear) that the indoor station is required. I also noticed that the KB8112 is not listed as supported by the new 1.5 firmware upgrade. Any comments/explanation? Thanks for the clear, brisk presentation and many useful tips!

How are you looking unlocking your door? Is it integrated with access control? Can you add multiple indoor stations to a single door station?

Hi , yes you can add extensions to the indoor station , we normally support around 6 depending , and the relay output of the call station is connected to my access control system yes but could run the door It self

Love my system, only issue I have with it is when opening the app you do not seem to get audio straight away without clicking on the Mic. I have linked it via my NVR and do get the sound, so not a deal breaker but would be nice to have the feature already enabled. Would also like to see motion detection enabled for intercoms.

Looks Like Hikvision has come to the rescue with the ds-kv8113-wme1. Only down side is it means upgrading already 😂 look forward to a review. Currently waiting on pricing.

Hi, I have problem with this product. I can only open, close gate but panel isn’t responsive at all. Can’t call the lift, nor do anything on it. Any clue how to fix it ? I have Indoor panel unit (5 of them)

Hi Dave, I would like ask you how can I reset the DS-KH8301-WT to factory state to make it INACTIVE? My problem is that I cannot see that in iVMS-4200 with online status. Every camera, recorder, door station are in online but only the DS-KH8301-WT is not so it isn't possible to use on my mobile. Can you help me?

@@DVSLTD Hi, yes that's sorted out. I have asked the local Hikvision representative in my land who I bought the system before from and the representative has sent the factory reset password. After this I could change any parameter of camera. So now it's working :)

Hi, I just got a second Villa Door Station, it worls well (activated and present in the ivms4200). Problem is it does not show on my Indoor Station. Fist Villa Door Station works fine in the Indoor tation. But second Villa Door Station is not visible in the Indoor station. Any clue?

All units are suggested to be on the same firmware, also the main indoor station is the “master” and then new one should be the extension and point to the IP address of the main indoor one, then reboot both and should all work fine, without seeing the settings it would be hard to tell the actual fault

Can you please tell me how can I download saved pictures from the indoor units? I want to archive missed calls with pictures from all 3 indoor units, but I cannot figure out how to do it. Thanks!

Hi, great video I am looking at this kit at the moment but I have a few questions I hope you can answer. I am looking at the KV8102 which will be at a back gate. I want to utilize the door entry system along with RFID tags to allow quick entry for people. I would like to add a keypad as well for entry for certain people. But I am sure I can find what I need. Regarding the indoor unit, is this needed for the intercom? Also does the indoor unit only control one item? I would like to add my hikvision door bell which is a Db-120-a so I can see/control both front and rear. Finally is the KAD606 unit also needed? From what I can tell it's just a network switch. Thanks in advance

Hi and thank you , regards the DS-KAD then yes I would use it , the indoor station and Villa call stations are 24VDC Passive POE , these switches are made for this and have uplink ports to connect into the router or existing network therein, and yes you do need the indoor station as this is the part that calls the HIK-Connect App itself , or takes the call internally and lets you open the gate. The call station supports the Prox card , if you want to add a external grade keypad into the system then you can do this , we use a vandal proof unit that we would suggest to fit adjacent the call station , you would then take the output of this unit and either use in parallel or series ( depending on lock type ) with the call station so either can release the locking mechanism. Regards the Wi-Fi doorbell , that is designed to work to the HIK-Connect App direct and not to be used alongside the internal door station. I will check if I can get it to work and if so report back to you , the keypad we suggest a unit like this www.specialized-security.co.uk/products-and-datasheets/access-control-and-door-entry/keypads/dg500.html

Had a night vision(infra red) issue with DS-KV6113-WPE1 doorbell. Extreme low light sensitivity did not allow infra enable. Upgraded firmware with VIS_VILLADOOR_H11_EN_STD_V2.1.3_build191015 and issue became worse day after day. Tried many camera settings but none fixed issue. Enabled by mistake the "semi-digital" function through advanced settings in iVMS4200 and now the doorbel reboots continuously. Cannot access network and cannot factory reset. Is there any suggestion?

Its not a doorbell we sell in the UK currently , if its in reboot and cant be accessed I would RMA it and send it back to the seller , is there a default button on the unit , if so down power the unit, hold the reset button in and power up , hold for 15 secs then release

@@DVSLTD Thank you for your quick response. No there is no reset button. Only the ring button and a tamper button at the back for theft alarm. Tried all combinations with those two buttons during power On. I cannot understand what is the semi-digital mode. I made the mistake to select in Advanced configuration which is only accessible through Main view and not through the device management. Is this a type of analog mode for usage only with DVR?

My friend I need your help , I have DS-KV8202-IM connected with 2 indoor monitors DS-KH6320 TE1 but the two way audio doesn't work , The outdoor station doesn't have any audio when i answer the call in DS-KH6320 same think in Hikconect App, i hear the audio in monitors , but in the outdoor station there is no adio coming from monitors , is there any thing you can help me solve this bug ????

I need your help! I have outdoor unit DS-KV8402-IM and indor unit DS-KH6310-WL. I do everything as you show, but i got calling failed. I can see camera from indor unit, i can unlock the door but i got calling failed every time when i try to call indoor unit from outdoor unit... It is very urgent, help please

Is there any way you can change the sound on the door station, such as the duration or volume (without affecting the speaker volume)? It can be quite annoying to neighbours at night time.

The outdoor station, if you add this to IVMS-4200 it can adjust the volume via remote configuration

DVSLTD but adjusting that setting makes it harder for visitors to hear what you are saying when it’s noisy outside. It would be good if you could adjust/change the tone that it makes when “ringing” without affecting speaker volume.

Overall I like the products, although two issues are not correct (maybe its me?) 1) Even if i UNtick the "Quick press for calling center" when you quick press the calling button of outdoor station it still calls the "calling center" (which results in caling failed message since I do not have it) instead of the Indoor unit and hik-connect app. This is a big problem, because for a visitor it comes more easily to quick press then to long press. 2) The hik-connect app works fine but it does need the phone to be unlocked and the app working, otherwise it does not ring!!!!! How to solve issues 1 and 2??

Hey , the App works fine when phone is locked on the Android and Iphone, you have to set the notifications to allow it to show this within the phone settings, the calling your quite correct it does do 2 operations depending if you short press or long press , this is a good point, let me see if we can change this

Hi Guys, to get the outdoor station to call the indoor station with a quick press just add the indoor station IP to the "Master Station IP Address" field in Linked Network Config menu of the outdoor station. this is working on a DS-KV3002-VM

I would like to know how to wire the unlock system. I know I can unlock the door with the outdoor unit, but my question is do I need to add power supply, why the out door unit have 12v dc wire labels? Can I use the wire from the outdoor unit to power the lock?. I have connected my system via PoE only. Thanks

the 12VDC is to power the unit locally rather than powering an external locking device, to power the lock install a separate PSU and wire the negative leg of the PSU through the lock relay and then to the lock itself , hope this helps

Hi , and yes its possible on most models but the setup is quite long to write on a comment, basically you have to set 1 outdoor as the master which is the default and the other 2 units as slaves to the master by going into the remote configuration and changing the ID from 0 to 1-8 it will reboot and then point the linked address to the main unit , the indoor stations can work as there own unit or as extension mode , not much help but let me know if you need more

Hi Jonathan , if you want it to call the PC ~( IVMS-4200 ) then this part needs to be running , you can have outer call stations to call the indoor stations and then HIK-Connect App 24/7 without the software running , there are various installation and setup types which cover most scenarios

We have had them talking on different subnets previously but you have to make sure there still connected and routed properly , we recommend the same for ease of use

Where did you get the RS485 cable to connect the substations? They sent one call with the main kit, but the keypad and led display did not come with one. This is not a standard end on the connector, and my distributor does not have one.

Hi, after firmware update i had problems configuring and realized that I have flashed with (B) version on non B model. Found on portal A version firmware, did upgrade, it flashed but now I cant log in in to unit is in loop, flashing nametag light and it goes off.... I see it in iVMS but cant log in. is there some kind of hard reset? thx for any help. Its ds-kv8113 and 8213-wme1

Yes, I was looking at something that works along the same way as the doorbells do. Where you can recive motion alerts if someone comes up to the property. And stores maybe a short clip. But if the intercom is not able to do this then some kind of motion detection and alert from the NVR to Hik connect

Hi , I normally recommend to fit around 1.5mtrs I find is generally ok , the FOV is quite wide , as I don’t know the installation, just put a Temp screw on the wall to hold it in place and test at that height , and adjust as needed 😊

I can find the camera on the network and have it on my zoneminder recording but I would like to start using the app big are I got a electric lock that works with it too.

Hi Dave Have you encountered with a problem that SADP doesn't see the unit or can't activate one. I have to brand units: Indoor station DS-KH8301-WT and Door station DS-KV8102-IM. Indoor station I am not able to see in SADP but after changing network parameters in the unit's menu I am able to add it to iVMS-4200 but it is still not visible in SADP. With Door Station I can see it in SADP but fails to activate. Firmware: Door Station: v1.5.0 Indoor Station: v1.5.1 build 190131(?) - it is according to unit's menu under System Maintenance (in iVMS 4200 says "not available version") Both devices powered by POE and plugged to V/A Distributor DS-KAD606-N which is connected to LAN. Please help :)

Excellent Demonstration, we got IP intercom model DS-KV8102-IM (Door station) and DS-KH6310-WL (Indoor Station) both version V1.5.0 build 181022. They lost the configuration and IP address changed back to default 192.0.0.64 and 65 when lost the power. We using batch configuration software to add the device but it did not show in the list as configured devices. Shall we upgrade firmware to V1.5.0build181102 for the indoor station and V1.5.0build181101 for the door station, then using SADPTool to configure them then using iVMS4200 client to linked the NVR cameras (DS-7608NI-K2/8P). DS-KH6310-WL (Indoor Station) ip 196.168.1.200 DS-KV8102-IM (Door station) ip 192.168.1.201 Any recommendation to resolve the issue with

Hi , that is a strange issue , they should not default on there own for sure , I would update the units to the latest firmware , it’s now 1.5.1 baseline and use the latest 3.1.1.9 IVMS-4200 , hopefully this will cure the issue 😊

Thank you for this video. I am writing because I have a question about the HIKVISION DS-KH8301-WTVideo Intercom Indoor Station with 7-inch Touch Screen and HIKVISION DS-KV8402-IMWater Proof Metal Villa Door Station. I have installed them and I am facing a problem. As I noticed in the 20:05 till 20:10 minute on the video, when you press the UNLOCK BUTTON it does not open with only one press. I am facing exactly the same problem and I have to press lots of times the unlock button instead of once. This happens always after some days without using it, when I want to unlock the door from HIKVISION DS-KH8301,. Also I would like to mention that the system is connected via Ethernet wire ( NOT WiFi ). To conclude I would like to tell me why do you think this happens and if I can do something in order to fix this Thanks again.

In my block of flats the other three owners bought HIKVISION DS-KH8301-WT Video Intercom Indoor Station with 7-inch Touch Screen exactly as mine. So, each flat in every floor has its own device (HIKVISION DS-KH8301-WT Video Intercom Indoor Station with 7-inch Touch Screen). Totally, there are four devices in our block of flats. We want to connect the four devices to HIKVISION DS-KV8402-IM Water Proof Metal Villa Door Station and we face a problem. e.g. When a visitor presses the button of the first floor rings apart from the first floor also to the other three floors. Every floor has the same problem. We are not sure if we have done the correct numeration of the floors. Have you got any ideas what we could do ? Thank you in advance! PS : Our block of flats consists of four floors and each floor has only one apartment. We followed the manual but we could not fix it.

@@antongou1102 Hi Anton, I see , and yes this is because you have set the additional indoor stations as extensions, and then under linked IP under network you have pointed them to the master ( your existing ) unit, presume you want to programme the units to have each there own button then please change the units back from the indoor extension to the indoor unit, then under network and linked address point the units to the master station IP address ( call station) then in call station remote configuration setup please make each call button point to a room number IE button 1 room 1 , then button 2 room 2 and so on. From there make sure this room number also shows in the appropriate room number under intercom ID on each indoor station, this should resolve.

Have a 8402 on the driveway to group of houses, intercom all setup and working but looking to add a keypad/pinpad to allow coded access. Have a K1108MK but am strugling to get it working with the rs485 of the outside intercom unit. Any advice? Would a different keypad be more suitablke?

no matter what dipswitch settings i choose i get flashing red which manual says is rs485 registering failed. cant find any details on intercom end rs485 settings, have left at default and tried a few bitrates but to no avail.

Yes this is fine, you have to make the 2nd external unit a slave of the 1st main outdoor unit, this is done via IVMS-4200 and remote configuration option , it will work well

HI, if anyone could help me as I started to have weird situation with Hik setup. First problem, on mobile app everything works until someone rings the doorbell, picture hangs at loading and I never get picture of doorbell that rings. But when I open video view without ring activation, everything works. So now one important thing, that was working now it doesn't and when I'm away i cant se who is ringing the doorbell. Another thing is that my indoor unit sometimes doesn't show video when someone rings and I can not answer and communicate to doorbell, only thing that's available and i can do is open the doors. If anybody has idea on troubleshooting this would be great as company that installed doesn't replaying me regarding the problem. thx in advance

​@@DVSLTD Thanks for another informational video. Your videos have been very helpful with my install. I purchased the DS-KD8003-IME1 and did not buy a master station. I have it connected through a Hikvision NVR. I can connect it (live view/motion alerts/two-way audio/door bell rings) to my IVMS. I have been able to add (live view/motion alerts/two way audio) the DS-KD8003-IME1 to my NVR and Hik-connect, however, after pressing the door bell, it doesn't ring on the NVR (not a big deal) nor my Hik-connect app (bigger deal). It does work through IVMS as desired. Any guidance on what setting is necessary to have the intercom capability alert the hik-connect application? Does the indoor station unit provide the hik-connect alerting and the DS-KD8003-IME1 does not without the indoor station? Thank you

You can control more than 4 doors yes, but you will have 1 master and the rest are then slaves to the master if that makes sense, you set the master as 0 and the slaves as 1,2,3,4 etc up to 8 , you can see the document below that outlines It , I haven’t don’t it with the Vandal doorbell actually only standard Video intercom units, but same principal www.hikvision.com/mtsc/uploads/product/accessory/UD03854B_Baseline_Video_Intercom_Vandal-Resistant_Door_Station_User_Manual_V1.4.5_20190429.pdf page 35 on

I have the wifi indoor unit ending with a W and running version 5.0. I have everything working except the Hik connect app. When I scan the QR code at the back I get an error of device offline. The device is connected to a working wifi internet connection. Have you ever encountered such error? Thanks ;)

Hi, you mention about adding a DVR to the indoor station. The DVR IP address is on the same address range as the indoor station 192.168.1.x. However when you add the cameras to the IP Cameras to the DVR by default they are on a different address range 192.168.254.x. If I add the DVR to the indoor station I can’t view the cameras so I guess you need to add individually, however as they are on a different network the indoor station cannot see them... how do you add an NVR? or the cameras attached on a different network? if you are trying to add a IP camera via the POE port of the NVR, then you add the IP address of the LAN of the NVR, then channel number refers to the Camera number itself , do you need some screen shots?

Hi, thanks for your reply, I read my post again and it was not well written... I want to view my IP Hikvision cameras which are connected to my Hikvision NVR POE ports on my Hikvision Indoor Station (same as the indoor station in your video). I have searched the web high and low and cannot find a clear way to do this. I would also like to add my outdoor station to my NVR so I can record to the NVR local storage and not have to use the SD card storage on the indoor station. Again nothing on the web about how to do this. Essentially I would hope to integrate the Villa door stations as much as I can through my NVR but at the same time viewing my cameras on the indoor station. I would hope Hikvision have integrated the devices so they talk to each other. I am using the Villa door station as per your video with firmware v1.5. Thanks

DVSLTD - some screenshots about this would be really helpful. I have a similar setup where I have IP cameras connected to a NVRand want to see these on the indoor station. I’ve tried doing what you said about putting IP address of NVR and then the camera number but had no luck

Have you any experience with DS-KB8112-IM? I am running the custom firmware to allow it to work directly with hik-connect app ( dont have a tablet station ) but the firmware sets a verification code that the hik-connect wont accept as its too weak and the unit doesn't allow you to change the code manually.. So the firmware makes the unit useless, tech support being very unhelpful when I report the firmware bug to them and so far refusing to help as I am an 'end user' not a distributor / dealer.

Ive tried them all, Same issue. Currently on the latest 606. With the limited help support has offered, they said there is a white list where they manually approve serial numbers to override the weak code warning. So Ive got it working now via that whitelist. This seems to be a band aid fix and hopefully they add the ability to change verification code for each user from a security point of view its MUCH better and it would be much less work for support to wait for each user to run into errors, contact them then have them explain they need to white list each product to get it working.

One is setup as villa door station 1 and other as 2 and ip to main station is for both the same (ip of main door station)

@@DVSLTD Hi, now firmware has different setting for setting up stations. I cant get back 3 stations to one indoor, there is no more setting for master, doorstation and substation.... pls help

@@twil21be Hi , please use HIk-Connect app on the phone and Ivms-4200 for Pc , 4200 pc will only ring on short or long press of the button depending on how it was programmed

@@DVSLTD I have added the door station to hik-connect. Then i have added the indoor screen to hik-connect app. It does not want to work as yours does. I can see the image from the outside camera, but cannot unlock the door. When i press the button from outside, it does call the indoor station, but hik-connect does not give any notification. At a long press it even calls IVMS-4200 connected software on PC. But hik-connect app on iphone cant unlock the door. I have DS-KV8102-IM and DS-KH6310 Can you tell me what is to be done?

Hi. Why Hik-Connect App or IVMS4500 do not support local network receive call for Hikvision Doorbells? You can add those devices manually or online(local network), you have live view, rec is OK but the android phone or tablet does not receive the ring call if not connected on ezvizlife.com server. The only program that is able to receive a call on local network is iVMS4200 for PC

Hi michael , are you referring to the DB1 EZviz doorbell or another model ? I assume you have downloaded the EZviz App , gone through the process of adding it to the app and then if you want you can use HIK-Connect app on the same login details as the EZviz app , latest firmware allows HIK-Connect app to add it straight in but you may want to try the EZviz App 1st and add it , let us know how you get on

@@DVSLTD Hi again. I managed to fix the DSKV6113WPE1 through serial connection and this worked OK again. Infra Red was not fixed though. A new firmware appeared on server and infra was fixed and now works perfectly. Meanwhile I had ordered a new one and used it with my DS-KH8301-WT. Now just using the "old" one experimenting without indoor station. I have also tried the EZviz app but same as Hik-Connect this does not give the option to ring on phone or tablet. Only iVMS4200 if Press Button to Call is checked in Intercom settings. Is this a Hikvision restriction for all doorbells not to ring on a phone or a tablet if this is not connected on an Indoor Station which is connected on Hikvision server?

@@michaelmar9530 Hi , I see what model you mean now , its actually part of the villa intercom range , which can ring 4200 or hik-connect but only via the indoor station as you said , the only doorbell I know can work with HIK-Connect direct and have the door lock output control is the DS-KB8112-IM model , I have ordered the one you have for testing, for now hik connect can be achieved via the indoor station you have

@@DVSLTD Hi sir. Thank you for your interest and support. The set, Indoor Station DSKH8301WT and KV6113WPE1, works perfectly. But when we buy something so expensive we also expect more things to be available. Before buying this, I checked by reading the manual and was exited by what this could do. This included option Platform Access(which does not exist) and so hikvision hikconnect servers do not exist individually. And the worst, simple hik-connect wifi usage does not exist. If for example, you are in another room or bedroom with your smartphone, where no Indoor Station exists you cannot see or answer an incoming call. You cannot always be connected on hikvision servers but only when away from home. This also consumes too much upload bandwidth and internet slows down. This Q2, Hikvision will fix some wifi issues possibly WLAN issues like WLAN AP(direct connect?) and I hope this will also solve local wifi operation with a tablet or smartphone

Is there a way to delete issued cards from outdoor stations?

you can add the devices to IVMS-4200 , then under access control section you can import from device, this will show all the added cards, you can then delete choosen ones should you know , then appy again so only the saved ones will be uploaded back and overwritten , issue will be knowing which cards you need to delete, we always recommend using 4200 from the start so there is a better record when this action is needed,

@@DVSLTD i started that whey but every time i import from device and delete all they dont go away from doorbell as i can again import the same amount as first time. Cards were issued from doorbell interface and not from 4200. I want to delete all and issue again the way they need to be

@@Vrbisimus Hi , best way , default the devices so no cards are left , then using 4200 and the access control and people tab , add each record as a person , then once complete you can make the access group and select all the records , then push them to the device , this way 4200 will still contain all of the record in event of error and enable you to edit the records as Required
