Hi there. Can you help me with a problem I'm having one of my ip cameras is off line since I replaced my 4g sim router /modem. I'm trying to change the ip on the camera as I can see its different to the nvr. but it won't except the password "which is correct" to allow me to make the changes. Thanks..

Make sure you can access individually your ip camera on web browser and can login with your password

Why do you have to log in? Can't you connect via a private port instead of using their servers?
