the one where she was walking funny and where she showed Sheldon at the back of the car are from the same episode in season 6 Episode 9, the parking spot escalation. The car scene was after, Amy and Berny had already had their argument by then when Bernadette asked Amy if she'd "spend last night hearing about this silly parking space fight too?" when they arrived at Penny's flat after the bikini wax. The car scene happened on the evening of the following day, when Sheldon asked Amy to help him claim the spot back by spraying his name over Howard's and then moving her own car into the spot." The only other time Amy is seen getting waxed was in Season 9 episode 11, The opening night exitation, the first time she and Sheldon slept together. The series is rife with inconsistencies for sure, and believe me I've spotted them all. This one wasn't one of them though.

Actually, depending on where you live, there are no laws regulating picture or video taking. If you are in a public place, you can't stop anyone from taking your picture. They can't publish them or profit from them, but they can take the pictures.
