It's not as bad as you think! Stewie took some of Brians DNA and injected himself with it (No they show didn't specify what DNA) Yikes! on second thought it does sound pretty bad now that I see it on the comment line. Season 13 episode 12 titled " Stewie is Enceinte" see for yourself
