Agreed! I just foundation out about the show today , and i just finished watching both episodes. Even though it hasn’t been that long since HIMYM left the air, It felt very nostalgic seeing the apartment again. A couple things here and there were a liiiiittle off for me but overall it’s a fun show.

So…supposedly they filmed all of the scenes with Teds kids so that they’d be the same age through out the whole show. And they knew the ending of the series the entire time. But my question, HOW DID THEY KNOW HOW LONG THEYD BE ON TV… also, I wonder if they’d do the same thing for Father

They prepared for the ending in season 2 knowing their viewing stats kept them going too many seasons. There aren’t that many clips of the kids it was basically just the ending and a few reaction shots. How I Met your mother was like Game of Thrones, instead of telling the organic story ending they forced their original vision on to the final episodes.
