In an effort to show us more expression, she began experiementing with very interesting gowns, exaggerated motions and facial expessions (for her) while playing. Tricky to do. By now (2024) she has become much more accustomed to all of this, it feels😂 comfortable and fun. Every good business person tries to improve their product when a flaw becomes apparent. The tulle of her gown is blue, orange and white, not rainbow. But during the pandemic she wore a rainbow mask at a live concert here. Shocking!😮🎉❤

For me it is really hard to understand the reason why many people appreciate hilary. Her playing is so unexpressive, it is like to listen to a robot. Moreover, in this performance she's not respecting mozart's style. So many accent, it feels quite "aggressive". This is not Mozart

It looks like a surreal, idiotic circus: hiding the face behind a complete useless piece of cloth full of microbes while playing the music of an immortal genius ! All this weird acting, turning, bending around playing. All this weird movements are totally unnecessary and are more of a show. But of course she must compensate the lack of oxygen under this unhygienic piece of cloth. Mozart would turn in his grave... Good he cannot be forced to see and hear it... The whole show turns the spirit of this transcendental music upside down.
