Welcome to another episode of Scrap Mechanic Multiplayer Monday! Today we are rolling giant metal balls downhill and trying to avoid them with cars! 2 people race to the top while 1 person drops dozens of giant balls down the hill. The first to the top wins!

This was fun, but I kind of miss Trail Makers MP Monday, I feel like the physics and destructibility in that game lead to a lot of more exciting interactions and battles. Just my two cents though, I really enjoy these episodes either way.

Big ball Idea: Obstacle run, everyone has a high-powered vehicle and a ball in their own color, get the ball to the end of the course.

The shield prevents using wedges but it doesn’t prevent cartoon amounts of ground clearance I like finding the loopholes in these challenges

Trail makers multiplayer Monday idea: GLIDER WARS! Basically you have a standardized group of sails for everyone and you all fall rly slowly while shooting others with small cannons.

i think the hill climbs should have a new rule of vehicles must wait till balls are half way down before driving. i noticed the guys were halfway up before anything actually happens.

Multiplayer Monday Suggestion - Standard race with a twist. - 5 Mins to build a car frame that must have at least 4 wheels touching the ground. - Builds are swapped at random between players. - Player has 10 minutes to finish the build without adding wheels (allowed to add engines and parts for stability.) - no thrusters no glitches 😉

Pushing the balls up would work with a low friction surface as a pusher. Also you could maybe do a course where you had to push first a challenge mode ball and then the big metal ball.

Hey scrapman you should try a seesaw type of game where there are two sides of a large plank and you need to get these heavyballs into slots so that one side of the seesaw gets pulled down from the weight and at the bottom hit explosives. This could be fun and ofcourse as always this is just a brief idea

Can you use those balls as wheels at all? Challenge idea - Flintstones cars. No wheels, you have to use those ball and/or cylinder parts instead. I dont know how you'd steer with a giant cylinder for a wheel but thats the challenge! And then do a basic obstical course with 'em.

Idea for the next Multiplayer Monday... I rewatchet your co-op franken trike video and that made me think... If you have 4 people next time,try building each a section of a car and then get 5 or so minutes to assemble those 4 pieces to a car and take those cars to race against each other

Big Ball Idea. [Heceforth called BB] Reverse Race. Gravity propelled race. Each has 1 theme colored BB that will go down the race. ¿The goal? Being the last to cross the finishline. The vehicles will try tu punch the BB up. No catchers allowed. Electric Engines Only. Falling of the cource discualifies. But you can try an punch others BB.

How about stupidly heavy homerun derby? Mega coolant piece ball, Pine trunk bat. Each of you makes 2 creations, a batter and a pitcher. Anyone who can actually pitch it to the plate gets a point. Anyone who hits it gets a point. Anyone who hits it past a certain distance gets 3 points.
