Painting around each area you want to colour seems very time consuming, can't you just fill in areas between black lines with the paint bucket tool?

I'm keeping the lines separate by adding the colour behind. This gives me the freedom to change the lines (recolour, redraw, erase) without affecting the colour art. Also, these lines are transparent. If I were to simply fill between lines with solid colour, the lines would look like rivers of transparency through solid colour.

Why the little stamp in the upper left? It's very distracting and, imho, seems to be there only for ego reasons. Moving on to something else.
