Notes: *like the stair, contrast and lighting combination at the very first shot.... also the feature on the U/R window area*... 0:30: less impressive during the daytime; however, that striated grey is cool, but for where? *2 shots from **0:47**: really like the interior cool of the wood, plus the contrast at the stairway... didn't notice use of space for deck and then open lighting for the stairs; that's very very nice... again @**2:57***... **fabulous @dusk @**3:42**** **excellent siding @**1:01**... see Ruum concepts also** **excellent lobby/study/common/corner space @1:28**... in next shot see that it's elevated (might not light the reverse view) *1:40**: really good transition inot the bedroom* ******1:42** bathroom (wall L w/ lighting, cabinent and inlaid lighting) is PERFECT (these features); that lighting appearance repeats @**1:55**: there's even lighting in the sink, hot dang...! Find a way to get this to be just as appealing when full lights (overhead) and turned on... have to cut hair, etc**** 1:46 as a pool shower def works. But maybe different flooring just b/c? ****"breakfast deck" is stunning @**2:32****** really like the 2:37 opening, but can't put finger on why ****2:57**: the kitchen layout and contrast is super sharp (3 shots + stairway)** ***wow @**3:38**: can get this type of look for a rooftop area/room?***
