So very impressive! How long did that take to build, including the props from the year before? What smoke machine and tubing did you use?

Thank you! It took about 2 months of actual construction. My son's designs, ride vehicles and props and his old pops video/lighting and sound design. As for the smoke machine if you're referring to the cool rings, it was just a regular department store bought machine. Sorry to say I really didn't pay much attention as to what went where. Basically it was a plastic trash can with a thick tarp fastened tightly to the back which was cut out. You simply pulled it back like a rubber band and you could control the power of the ring of smoke. Thank you again for writing.

My son built everything from scratch including the ride vehicles. I did sound and video effects. That's the extent of our talents - unfortunately, everything had to bemanually operated. It's a 4 man operation. Me with 3 computers, sound ,14 light and 2 video cues, my son pushing the two vehicles. His rig was amazing with the two floating flats that followed and obscured each vehicle at different times so you didn't see the scenes you were passing. Some you've seen some you have yet to see. It never felt like you were just going in a circle. A rather small circle at that. Then the two poor souls who had push and pull levers, roll flats in and out and pretty much do all the hard work. We even had pneumatic clicks and hisses built into the soundtrack to make it SOUND like everything was automatic! lol I'm glad you liked the video.
