Hillsboro Inlet, and Peacock Action

Headed out of Hillsboro Inlet on Saturday Oct 8 2022, the Mullet run is in full swing here in South Florida. The plan was to hug the coast looking for the mullet and fish for Tarpon, Snook, Sharks, etc. but did not see any mullet along the coast where we launched the boat from. We did net Pilchards right at the boat ramp before heading out so we had fresh lively baits and we tied to a buoy and went to work. We cut our trip short due to the weather conditions out on the water and finished up with some peacock action.
