I’m a corporate accountant and we accountants call Sarbane-Oxley Act the “Full Accountancy Employment Act.” What can I say, we are accountants, not always known for our wit. But I will always have a job as long as stupid politicians force public companies to participate in costly and wasteful accounting regulations.

Bean counters are always giving advice on how to save 15 cents for a billion dollar company. Your problem is you don't understand that regulations are necessary to control greed to prevent it from getting out of hand and creating costly protests of ruling class policy.

Administrative Injustice? Probably it is people can't READ ANALYTICALLY because Civics and Citizenship is no longer taught. "Sheep are herded to the slaughter-house because they don't know what awaits them".
