Just beautiful! What kept the mulch from falling in the earlier years when the plants weren’t so close? I have a berm that needs a face lift, not sure how to plant but keep the grass & weeds from growing faster than the plants

I was able to see this in person recently and it was amazing. The mix of colors (which happen to be my favs), textures, plants and yet also the use of repetition make it all so cohesive. It was beautiful from every angle/view and oh so calming. The result is wonderful and the journey and the tale of how Ellie got it there is so inspiring and helpful to all.

Mrs. Gilbert mentioned her landscape started as all sand. We have a sand volleyball court that we would like to turn into a potager garden. After watching this fabulous video now I know to add compost, organic soil and fertilize once a year with organic fertilizer. Truly enjoyed every minute of your beautiful landscape!!

You wouldn’t believe how easy it is to extend your lawn irrigation with drip system tubing. I use my lawn irrigation to water my pots, keep the bird baths full, even the fountain gets replenished with drip tubing.
