I just graduated Marine Corps boot camp 6 days ago. I was never religious growing up. I always ignored my dad when he spoke about God. While in boot camp, I went to church just to get away from my DIs. During my first visit, they played this song. For the following week, I read the Bible every night in my rack. During my second visit, I decided to surrender myself to God, and I was baptized in His name. I believe that in the end, I ultimately was able to complete boot camp because of Him. Every Sunday, they'd have church services. I didn't go every time, but I read the Bible every night

I'm going to be performing this song for a pageant at my high school. I've practiced it over and over again on the acoustic guitar, and singing it as well. When I sing it for my family, they say it sounds great, which really comforts me. But I've never sung in front of a big crowd before, and I'm a bit nervous about it. I've been an athiest for 8 years now. i would deny any religion and totally ignore any beliefs anyone had. well my mental state has took its toll on me and its brought me down to new lows. i remembered hearing this song in placement but never paid any attention to it. well a year and a half later im in the shower sobbing like a new born baby begging god to heal me. this emotion i have never felt and i wasnt scared. i didnt feel shame for crying or tried to be tough about it. something really brought me to my knees and comforted me more than anyone ever has. i have a long way to go but it has definitely made me rethink my idea of a non existent god.

I was an addict for 15 years I'm 32 I hit the hardest rock bottom anyone can hit. When I first heard the song after I got out of jail I went to rehab mind you have been to jail 13 times because of my addiction this song does something for me and I've been clean and sober now for 3 years my sobriety date was September 4th of 2015 I know God is the reason I had the strength to pull through when I hit rock bottom to make it out a lot he is the reason why I came here today to be a mom to my child. I struggle with my 13 year old son's every single day because he's just got a very bad attitude about everything and I get triggered by it and snap and yell and I this is my go-to song it takes every bit of anger in my heart out I literally will listen to this song about 15 times. This is the best song I've ever heard in my whole life and the song Redeemed by Big Daddy Weave is also my other go to song I just close my eyes and just get chills from my toes all the way to my cheeks because I know God is putting that love back into my heart and that strength back into my body to just be faithful a joyful and be glad and I I'm trying to work on handling my anger towards my son the old me would have went back to my addiction but that bottom I hit scared me for the rest of my life I will have to think about my rock bottom before I ever do anything but I love my kid and I love the song and I love Jesus and I just want to get closer to him and I let him in and I then just run away from him seem to only call him whenever I need him in a Troublesome situation but I'm trying to let him in forever to stay there I want to live the way God wants me to I just want to buy my path. The song is awesome sorry this song is just great got to go want to listen to it again

I wasn't raised up, I was dragged up in an abusive home. I watched my mom shoot my dad in his face at 11, I was drinking heavily by 13 and hooked on meth at 20. I was running as far and as fast as I could from our Father.....Guess what you can't out run him. He showed me his undeniable love and at 33 I gave control of a life out of control to The Great I Am. At 34 I lost my mom to suicide, but He pulled me through it. At 38 He put me in Youth Ministry. We all have a weapon to use and it is our testimony. Yeah, I have close friends that are demonic and they know that I'm a Christian because I would never be afraid to tell people what I believe in. I too have been made fun of from them and others when I first introduced myself (still do sometimes), and I don't make a big deal out of it since I know everyone is made and raised different. We don't celebrate or worship on Halloween, we have Harvest Festival/Fair which is an outreach to the communities we live in and it is Christ centered. I'm assuming from what you stated above that you're a Seventh Day Adventist or some form of Messianic Jew? Which is awesome. If you could, can you please pray for me. I suffer from extreme anxiety, emetaphobia (fear of vomiting) and low blood sugar. Everyday I have to take medicine to stabilize my anxiety and the first thing I do when I wake up is eat something even if I feel sick. I know that God has helped me already with the medicine but I still have emetaphobia and low blood sugar. Please if you have time in you're day, please pray for me to recover.

I avoid places that I want to go to because I am either very nauseous or am anxious that I will throw up. Today, August 16 is my birthday, and I am 15. I have asked God to just help me banish this from my body. It effects everything from going to school, to even going to church.

+Garrett Koenig My girlfriend suffers from the same phobia. She has all her life. But she dramatically got better after going through Rob Kelly's "Cure Your Emetophobia and Thrive" program. She got the book on Amazon and since going through it a few times and studying it she is a million times better. It really is a debilitating fear, but I do believe that you can get better. "Whatever you are going through, you are going THROUGH". You will get through this. If you ever need to talk I can give you her email address too. I'll be praying for you.
