I cried internally. I'm active duty military, i miss my family, I've been in some dark times. Which lead me here, this is healing. I can hear my mom telling everyone to get ready for church, I've strayed far but I think what's kept me from going over edge is this consciousness that Jesus is right by me and I act as if he's always right beside me and talk to him like i would anyone else, because he is right beside me. And even in sin where most will not wanna talk to God I know it's the devil that wants us to feel like we can't talk to God when we've sinned. But he's our father. Would you stop talking to your parents or someone close if you did something wrong? Full knowing they still love you. I would run into their arms and hug them repenting for what I've done and ask for help to fix the issue and not do it again. It's hard but this really does alot better than walking in sin and guilt feeling afraid to talk to our all seeing all knowing father.

I was mesmerized when this song and DVD came out in 2001. Lots of memories singing this in church with my family. I am now divorced in 2018 and the kids all grown up, I can see how He was faithful to me all those years and seasons. And through it all He carried me. Even though I have lost friends and family and my heart is broken, I am still praising Him and singing hallelujah. He is forever in my life. Thank you Jesus for this song and Hillsong.
