your day from hell was hilarious from a watchers point of view anyway....the mobile mechanic at least knew what he was doing. good guy to point out what all you should be aware of fixing..but, smart as he was, he may have been setting you up to suggest he do all the micellanious (sp) stuff for you next sunday...funniest part when he asked for a beer and made himself right at home, next step could have been "what y'all putting on the grill there, i really love kabobs!" oh my god, i was laughing so hard sitting at home by myself; my neighbors probably heard me. love that screen house! so glad i found your channel, really interesting and fun. oh yeah, running home for your clubs and forgetting your keys was golden.

Hey guys, great video! Reminds me of some of our mis-adventures over the past ten years but still going strong at 71. Haven’t been to the Harbor but been to Hilton Head Motor Coach Resort many times. Think we’ll try the Harbor next time. At least they allow campfires.

Hilton Head Harbor let’s you pick your site. If that site wasn’t good you could have moved to another open site. When we went there in January they let us pick any open site. Love that place. Haa, love the shade thing!! I subscribed, hope you get to 1000 soon.

Yes, they allow you to pick your site. We are not blaming the camp ground. We try to give our honest reviews of our experiences. We didn't change sites because there were no other water view sites available. We enjoyed our time there. We've been a couple times. This time we wanted a water view site. Its a beautiful view. Glad u got things taken care of & yes that going rate & some are much higher. 😳😳Yes when you are on a budget any repair cost is sticker shock. I hate to pay service charge on stuff that’s under warranty 😢. Tip site not level go manual & get worst side done first then do the last Jack’s next ei if the front is worst level those jacks then do back jacks last. Sorry y'all had such a difficult time with the setup! Having to deal with unlevel sites can be a pain. We think that is a pretty steep price for the mobile tech! Hilton Head Harbor looks like a nice place! Thanks for sharing! ~ Shion and Matthew

On my next vide I'm going to shout out your channel and it may help you get some more subscribers. 😁😁😁😁😁I am the inside helper too for set up and tear down, Nate does all the outside stuff(i think I got the easier job. I had not idea that your wife was a Doula, I took classes many years ago to be a childbirth instructor and a Doula. I have helped a few friends with the birth process and was actually at my daughters for the birth for her 5th child, delivered at home at a birth weight of 11 lbs!! Ok, i'm on to the next video, again I apologize, I thought I was subscribed!!😁🌹💛BTW you guys are quite entertaining!!😂😂We watch KYD also but I will have to watch Travelling Robert, thanks for the fun guys!! I keep adding to this post, but if you've watched our latest video you will know that our slides failed, we also called a mobile RV guy and he worked with Nate for 5 hours and charged $300, they got the smaller slide in but the big slide took Nate several more hours. This question is for Dawn, how do you work as a Doula on the road? Just wondering.Looks like a great end of day.

We did see your video about your slides and immediately felt your pain. It stinks when the RV has issues. When we travel I don't schedule clients. I can still teach virtually. Did the location offer golf cart rentals or was it your own private cart?

No they don't rent golf carts on property, but there is a company to rent from that will drop it off at the camp ground. That was our golf cart.

I enjoyed watching your RV resort setup disaster which could happen to anyone, nevertheless I'm glad you overcame and continued with your advanture. One note however talking about paying too much for the work the technician had performed on your RV, I believe it was a fair price considering the situation you were in. If you're concerened with paying too much maybe you could have fixed it yourself. Obviously you were unable to fix it yourself so ultimately you called the technician. additionally you even praised him for doing a fantastic job on your hot water tank that is now working even better than before, including some good advice to give to you, then money is well spent. BTW, he can have one of my favorit beer anytime. Bottom line, nothing is cheap (Unless DIY) if you're a full time RVer. Happy camping...

Thanks for watching. You're correct the technician fixed what we couldn't. It was definitely money well spent. We were just a little shocked. Best of all we had hot water and piece of mind and a nice time.
