People saying this isn’t worth 8 million clearly don’t live in LA. Housing costs are different here because, unlike your town, people WANT TO BE HERE and have the means to pay top dollar for it. That driveway is plenty roomy for your car, it’s spacious, lots of landscaping, a pool, and that location! I’m surprised it didn’t sell for more. Stop hating just because you can’t afford it and never will.
