There must be a law that will say if stolen items are found in your property, you forfeit that property and the state may sell it to recover whatever has been lost. Amd take that to re-imburse the affected parties. The owner of that house knows what is happening in his house.
@AntonKoen4 жыл бұрын
There is such a law
@thabonkosi13854 жыл бұрын
@@AntonKoen Why is it not being applied? The owner of that house should lose his house and the house be sold on auction and the proceeds be given to the owners of those stripped bakkies., Worst part the owner should be doing time as well because he knows what happens in his yard and he is part of the criminal syndicate!

Im driving my granny's car with a kilo bang bang in the doors.. cops catches me and i claim its my granny's car and powder... im pretty sure ill be going 2 jail.. . yes anton is right there is such a law.. even if its not a full titled properly in the owners name
@thabonkosi13854 жыл бұрын
@@luToursAndRecoveries The more we come with soft approach to crime, it will never end. I know there is such a law and I do not dispute what Mr. Koen is saying. I just wish it was vigorously implemented because the people who do crime have friends and relatives that shield them from facing the law. There are relatives who survive on the income from such crimes not even worrying that someone got killed for them to have bread on the table. We have brothers, sisters, aunts, pops and moms who know their kids go out every night to rob, kill, steal or rape other people out there but they dont give a damn so long as it does not directly affect them. There are parents who even help their kids to hide stolen items just because they get some money out of it. I am against the selfishness of such people who would rather have other people live in fear of losing their lives or their hard earned belongings at the expense of such self-centred sorry-ass people. To answer you on your grandma's car story: If any item, property, equipment has been used in enabling a crime, it must be confiscated and the owner tried and if found guilty be arrested as well. For the fact that this house has such a high wall, it is indicative of the owner's willingness to hide the stripping of cars and all sorts of crime. He is part of the syndicate and everyone in that yard! The more we put rights of criminals ahead of everyone else then we will not be addressing the crime issue. I am saying this as I have lost 2 cars in 1 year 9 months to crime and I know the pain first hand of having a gun pointed to your head and be abducted for 3 hours while the criminals are searching for the vehicle tracking unit! I had a gun to my head while we were being driven on a bumpy and dusty road not knowing at what point will the gun against my head will mistakenly go off due to high speed and bumpiness of the road. Right now I am trying to get enough money so that I can join Mr. Koen's tracking company to protect the vehicle I have just bought after my bakkie was stolen in September 2020. The wounds are still fresh and if I would find any community doing mob justice on a criminal I will gladly assist with no conscience afterwards, I will spend my last dime to get petrol and get the job done. I am sorry to share this but that's how I feel at the present moment.

Thieves and criminals, in general, should just automatically get life in prison. They should bring back the chain gang to clean up the streets from all the garbage. Criminals get off scot-free and hardworking, decent people work like dogs (what's wrong with this world). Stay safe Koen family and friends.
