बन बिभाग में हिमाचल प्रदेश कैडर के ही आफिसर लगाए जायें तो काफी हद तक अवैध कटान पर रोक लगाई जा सकती है। बाहर के आफिसरस केवल यहां पर्यटन करने आते हैं।हिमाचल कैडर के आफिसरस का अधिनस्थ कर्मचारियों के साथ ब्यवहार सराहनीय रहता है। और लोकल परिस्थितियों से बाकिफ भी होते हैं।

Many of the forest guards, deputy rangers and range officers are working in the offices. About 10-20 in the capital city Shimla against ministerial staff. Similarly these field officials are working clerks in District, Circle, and Division head quarters against clerks. Kindly see this.
