Looking back on the classic PowerPuff Girls episodes, I agree that HIM has many drag queen elements. Little girl me didn't know that was the term to describe HIM, but unsettled or not, I liked when the girls faced off against him.

When I saw that thumbnail, two things ran through my mind: 1. Charlie will have a wicked cool, and somewhat unsettling, intro for this makeup. (That came true without question.) 2. I wanted to do an impression of HIM doing Charlie's greeting, which I did later when asking my sister if she'd seen the video. She's a major PowerPuff Girls fan, and HIM was always one of my favorite villains on the show. (I didn't expect this to happen in the actual video which made me cackle in delight, along with the lobster claw oven mitts used for HIM's claws.)
