Sorry to say sir, but if India stop infrastructure development this land is not for Indian people in just 6 years, and all things destroyed more fastly If India does not build their infrastructure which is done by china from 1962, china attack and win biaslly in next decade, if India just building infra cause china to slow down,fear from a legit war, that is ok But we have to request government to do sustainable infrastructure development, to try least exploit of environment, for which India needs great scientist like Sonam wangchuk

You can't stop that. Moraine will definitely get destroyed. Yes the government could have made some regulations regarding building but reality is both people and government are greedy.
