An extra 6 BHP is a significant gain on a vehicle as light as a Himalayan. Probably the equivalent of adding 50 or 60 BHP to a car.

I love the specialized fuel tank support tool! I definitely need to get one. Oh, I already do have one, but mine is orange. LOL I can almost guarantee that someone like Acerbis will be making some poly tanks for the Himalayan 450. It would be interesting if they offered both large, and small capacity tanks.

Nice. Looking forward to the commute video of this setup. I think you can get rid of the FuelX Pro and just use the RD ECU. You may need to tune it on a dyno for best results. The RD ECU should have all the functions of the FuelX Pro.

How sure are you about "FuelX pro+" not required..unless you are always running on fuel rich setting, then dyno is the best for your riding setting.

@@chethan-le9ix You tune the RD ECU on a dyno. Maybe have a couple of maps like Eco, Sport etc. FuelX Pro is to make it run richer or leaner. Maps dont change. But people sponsored or getting free stuff from RD never mention this. They always do FuelX + ECU. Without explaining why.

@@chethan-le9ix Not sure about the bike ECU. I think those still need laptops or the mobile app. Their car ECUs have a remote that has a couple of modes including valet. But theoretically they can use the same switch as the fuelX to switch maps. Its their hardware and software after all

Are you thinking about changing the throttle response of your bike too, for that sharp response from the bike because we know Guerrilla has such a good throttle response, if the same kind of response is doable in Himalayan then uuuuuu .. it's going to be Lovely.

Tps calibration everything was Right until the last moment before burn. i recently contacted Race Dynamics Team and they told me after all the calibration is done and you are about to burn the calibartion setting you need to switch the bike off before burning the setting

powertronic piggy back ECU should be installed without fuelx . Retailers making money won't tell you this. Please be honest. I am running my R3 with original full system exhaust (Akra) and free flow air and oil filters with Race Spec for more than an year now. No problem what so ever. Don't buy fuelx if you are installing an ecu ( powertronic). save those money for custom dyno tuning and not using default racedynamics maps. 👍

Hi. It is definitely loud without the db killer when gunning the throttle. Otherwise quite acceptable. With the db killer, fairly silent.

Hey, Nice video-- I was considering buying this in US -texas where average riding speed on highways is around 130 and passing speed is around 150-160. do you recommend this if I have to ride some distance before I get offloading? Also how is it to cruise at 130-145 Kmph with and without 46BHP?
