Main reason adventure bikes come with sporks and tube is because, they are flexible and can take more beating. If the rim bends slightly due to heavy impact, tube will still hold the air. This conversion will definitely helps avoid frequent punchers in city commute. But if you are going to do serious off-roading, this will not help and behave same as alloy rim.

Its an old process.. You need cut one tube into half and cover the rim part with that tube,then put the tire back on..By doing that the air will stay inside that tube and the tire.. This process is for temporary.. The longer you use the inner tube will be torned apart from the edges of the rim.. I have done this process with my old bullet 500..this process is didn't last for few months

Bro it's simple trick just by using, one size small tube & cutting the tube from middle and placing the tyre between, cut the extra tube. I have been using in my interceptor for 13000 km.

It is not recommended and not a sustainable solution. The spokes to be tightened periodically otherwise the rims can get bend. You can do it for a Himalayan trip or so that's it. Motul has released a solution which can be filled in the tubes which may be an alternative option.
