Sometimes making the best of what you have and not knowing there’s better, you’re just so much happier. When you know too much, you want too much in life, have too many choices and you tend to be chasing goals after goals which leads to unhappiness

So true , contentment and being grateful for all you do have is essential for happy life. Greed and envy are the downfalls of humanity, this beautiful lady is content with her life and what she has. She gives love, works hard and expects nothing others than what she has worked for. I miss my fatherland, deep in mountain valleys of Kashmir. Life in the west is hectic , challenging and so materialistic with no time for inner peace which every human being needs

Actually in reality, life supposed to be like this beautiful sister’s life. It remains me of my childhood in Tibet. We used work hard for the day, come home happy, singing, dancing, laughter and family for dinner with no high expectations, no competition with others, no greedy, no jealousy or hatred towards anyone. When someone builds a house, entire neighborhood help out with no labor charge. When is old or sick, we used to give him a hands. Now I am in usa and life is totally opposite, if I hi my neighbors, he turn away and I just hate big cities.

It's easier to be happy in your work when you know it is all for you and your family and/or your own village. Here, we far too often work for others for money and then the govt takes part of that for what? Many of us see little or nothing for the taxes we are forced to pay. This IS the way humans were intended to live and why these people seem far healthier and happier. Living in a city would slowly or sometimes even quickly destroy them, as it has countless others before.

I love seeing this beautiful video. And i also feel proud to be an Indian bcoz buddhism taught loving kindness and compassion to all even animals. When buddhism reached in Tibet, they flourished like genuine practitioners of buddha's teachings. Now budhism is back to India, only due to high lamas of tibet as his Holiness the Dalai Lama. As Himalayan we can understand the difficulties in their lives but ee respect them bcoz Tibetans hv preserved budhism in original form of Nalanda tradition and brought it in India as a precious gift to yhrir guru's land 🔔

Its true that we have been refugee for the past 60 years in India with proper permission from Indian govt and with proper recognition from world people. On the other side, look at urself, occupying Tibet with force and letting Tibetan people live with fear from CCP regime. Even ur god may be laughing at u when u say Tibetans r living happily in Tibet. I, myself came from Tibet and lost my parents when I was around 5 years old. After which my uncle sent me to India to have proper education and to have freedom. But I can’t see my uncle and his family now as Chinese govt has reject my visit to Tibet four times. Why can’t we visit our home. Such occupation can’t be tolerated and therefore more than 200 Tibetans have self immolated themselves. Is it true. I ll give u all de proof if u want. Now dont lie n speaking of truth. U r not Tibetan n what r u doing in Tibet. 🤯

This is not the real Tibet. People r suffering under Chinese occupation in tibet. This is Chinese propaganda to show the world how happy Tibetans r inside Tibet. Doesn’t it rings any bell, why he is the only Tibetan in Tibet having free access to KZbin. Ask him to show the poor Tibetans and displaced nomads of Tibet. Plz help Tibetans in Tibet. Free Tibet 🙏

I watched this with such joy in my heart and tears in my eyes towards the end. She has such a hard life, but lives with such joy and kindness in her heart. I truly wish I came across more people that lived this way

@hsw06 hui Its true that we have been refugee for the past 60 years in India with proper permission from Indian govt and with proper recognition from world people. 🤯
