There is so much beauty in this region. Just got back from my trip to India in Dec 2019 - Jan 2020: it snowed heavily and in view of our limited snow-driving experience, we were advised to turn back. Made it to Kalpa and returned. It was still an awesome trip. Will be back for sure. Great channel, btw! 👍😍🗻

*i could see how different india's rural roads are as compared to china's rural roads which are far better in quality and size/lanes. my point is that, the government of the center and state must focus on the welfare of the rural populace and improve rural infrastructure, only then there will be real growth in india. btw, nice trip and i think we should ride together someday*

Love your work. I have a question: how necessary do you feel it is, that we need a 4×4 vehicle to travel in all Himachal and other parts of the north.
@dabasisdutta5 жыл бұрын
Not really. I drove a Non 4X4 Scorpio in 2007. Delhi to Kaza via Kinnaur and back via Manali. What is you need is a high torque vehicle, but having said that, I saw a Maruti 800 on the same roads. A 4X4 helps navigate sand, mud, slush and those kind of roads. Where u do need differential controls etc. However Hill descent will certainly help, specially the road after Nako. That road is dangerous
