Bhai side doesn't matter. Ap comfortable kis hand se spin krne mei ho wo check kro. Mostly log righty hote hai to right hand se spin krte hai. Agar ap lefty ho and left hand se spin kr lete ho easily to no issues. Kisi bhi haath se spin kro at the end see your comfort level with that hand.

And sir, last question. How do you prevent blisters or skin peeling when you are practicing book spinning?

No we cannot prevent it. Just imagine rubbing something for 3 hours, the skin will definitely get effected. The only thing is practice, the more you practice the more your finger will be able to bear the pain of that burning sensation . Yes, one thing which i noticed which might help is try to keep your finger dry, keep it out of your finger sweat because while spinning if sweat comes to finger then it will hurt more while spinning along with rubbing continuously with book. And sorry for replying late 🙌

Hello Sunny 👋 Mei khud se hi seekh gya tha. Starting mei 5 sec ghumti thi fir gir jati thi, with more practice, time improve hua dheere dheere. Ap bhi practice kro ek month se pehle seekh jaoge agar daily practice kroge. Ek baar 20, 25 seconds ghuma loge to khud confidence aajayega and fir time improve ho jayega. Aim for short time pehle. @@harnakiyavlogs7414 If you are able to balance it then just try to spin it slowly. It might fall in the beginning but after few tries it will start spinning for few seconds. Keep doing the same thing and you will see increase in timing. Keep updating here and ask for any more doubts. Good luck 🙌😇

Yes, you can learn that also. I learnt to do it by not spinning it fast but slow. Dheere se spin kro, fir throw krke catch krne ki practice kro. Fast spin se balance ni ban pata. Hope it helps 😇

Hello, even i found middle finger more comfortable as it generally has little more surface area than our index finger. But when i started practicing for longer time i noticed it is bit difficult to fold your other fingers while spinning on middle finger. When spinning on index finger i was able to fold my other fingers easily for longer period of time (giving rest to my other fingers when i folded them) . If that's happening with you then you can chose which finger to spin on. Hope it helps 😇

a) No, mine is not the current world record. Not sure about who broke it and their timing, but you can check it on Guinness website. b) You have to spin the latest edition of book in your attempt. If it's 2023 you have to use 2023 edition book and so on. Hope it helps 🙌 Good luck for your practice and attempt to break the record 😇

Sir , is it recommended to put baby powder on my finger to reduce sweat and make the finger dry before we attempt the record ? You earlier said that if we minimise sweat on our finger , we can bear the burning sensation when we spin the book

Yes you can use powder on your finger. But it should not be from a point of view that it is helping you to spin book for more time. Use little powder for your finger and then attempt the record. Dont do it in your record attempt video. Do it before you start recording your video for the attempt. Hope it helps 😇🙌
