best himbasha!! thats how my grandma does it. i hate when some people bake himbasha in the oven, totally different texture and almost becomes like bread. i love that you bake it in mogogo which is best texture. thank you! i am going to try it now.

Himbasha is Eritrean not Ethiopian. Dufo dabo is Ethiopian. Why do you even need to mention Ethiopia in your title? I never seen Ethiopians to include Eritrea even if the recipe is Eritrean.
