Hi. Please, can I download movies / music using my laptop and transfer directly to the Q10 internal HDD, using WiFi??? Or, to put it another way, will the Q10's internal HDD appear in my laptop/desktop computer as an "external network device", allowing file transfer from computer to box...? cheers, Scott

Can the "Himedia q10pro" output 4k60 fps. or were the options on your screen limited to your TV. As you know HDMI 2.0 spec is 4k @ 60fps. this is also part of the 4k ultra blu ray standard.

It can display 4k 60 fps with the original firmware, the custom firmware which this person is showing us only displays 1080p output.

I just got one of these Q10s and what drives me crazy is the Display on the front of the box. It is suppose to show how much time went by while watching a movie but I must say it's useless to me because it never resets. From the time you turn the box off then back on the so called timer display just keeps going and really has no purpose. Does it have a way to manually reset or is it just useless ?

You can simply disable it, if you find it distracting.

Don't get the custom builds they are lacking the features of the original firmware, they are only set to 2080p rather than 4k and behind in the quality of the original firmware.

futeko forums, it's a DIY firmware based on Himedia's work

Go to Futeko forum and look for custom firmware from a guy name pristila something like that.

Hey, uh. if you dont mind me asking.. My dad has a Q10 Pro. He had it for like a few months/years. It says youtube is not compatible for the latest version. How to fix it?

It usually sorted in the next update. The custom feature has fixed the KZbin.
