ts not ais kacang. its a black rice porridge. some prefer hot while other prefer cold. i usually add durian, sandwich or salty cream cracker with it. bubur lambuk aka kanji is a rice porridge [with added spice, meat and vege]. bubur lambuk is freely distributed at every malaysia mosque. its kinda tradition. i had iftar with bubur lambuk everyday during ramadan.

Try apam balik, murtabak, badak berendam, koci,.. For raya day try to taste dodol, ketupat palas, wajik, lemang and many more traditional kuih

Dodol & wajik it's hard to find now..not many new generations know to making it.. For dodol it's hard to make.. It's take 5 to 6 hour to completed.. So many ppl skip for those raya food.. Some of state in Malaysia.. Still have ppl whoes making dodol for a lot of quantity to sell it..if I'm not mistaken.. PAHANG still have ppl or malay small company to make it.. I try to find link of dodol make.. I think utube haved

I love watching people with dimples eat. Apart from Laksa Sarawak, there is another not so secret delicacy from Sarawak. It is called mee belacan. It is based on scrimp paste sauce with vermicelli, squids, century egg, and cucumber. If you want it spicier, they have a special hot sauce on the side. I have not seen it sold anywhere except Sarawak but if you like belacan, you would definitely enjoy it. 😁
