Escaped from Myanmar Civil War and debuted as singer in Korea VLOG

Today's main character is Wan Yi Hwa of Karen People from Myanmar, who will be a grade 9 student this year :) Yi Hwa escaped from Myanmar civil war and lived as illegal refugee in Thailand. Then, for her safety and education, she came to Korea 7 years ago. In Korea, she is an ordinary student and at the same time she dreams of becoming a singer who can share consolation and hope, she is living diligently everyday 💖
The School of Global SARANG introduced in the video is the first friend of Yi Hwa, who came to a strange land without knowing the Korean language, and it is also a multicultural alternative school which helps the children of multicultural background, who are still getting used to the Korean society and public education, so that their right to education can be guaranteed and for them to dream of a better future. It is a place that supports them to have new dream through elementary regular course and also various after school activities including music, PE and IT.
